The workshop organized by FMC Delta Sys on November 20, 2024, at Radisson Hotel, Ljubljana, will showcase innovative video conferencing and hybrid work technologies. The program includes presentations on future video conferencing trends, integration of user interfaces, and advanced audio systems. It also covers solutions for hybrid work environments, like parking management via OfficeRnD. The event will highlight NLB KB Beograd's enhanced customer experience through integrated queue management and digital messaging, offering real-time updates and engaging content for customers.

The workshop begins with participant registration from 09:30 to 10:00, followed by opening remarks by Director Boštjan Mencigar. The first session focuses on video conferencing system settings and BYOD functionality. A presentation on the future of video conferencing technologies covers UI integration, advanced audio systems, and mobile adaptation. After a break, the next session discusses hybrid work solutions, including the use of OfficeRnD for parking management. The final presentation showcases how NLB KB Beograd improved customer experience with integrated queue management and digital messaging, concluding with a live demo. The event wraps up at 12:10.
